Will the new mybiotime app automatically replace the existing biotimeapp, or do we need to download it separately?
mybiotime will not automatically replace the biotimeapp mobile app. It will need to be downloaded separately.
Will it be possible to continue using biotimeapp?
If you're currently on biotimeapp you have the option to continue using it, we have no immediate plans to end support. That said, mybiotime offers enhanced functionality and a modern user experience that we think you'll love.

What is the process for updating to mybiotime?
Search for mybiotime by iDt Group in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Administrators create a connection and provide users with a 24-hour, one-time staging key and site address
- Users download and open mybiotime
- Use the staging key to securely connect your mobile device
- Grant permissions, enter the staging ID and URL and press the connect button for successful staging
- Enrol facial recognition on first time use
