Step 1 — Try your company's website domain
Your organisation's biotime platform URL is usually based on the same name your company uses for its own website.
For example, if your company website is acmecorp.com.au, your biotime platform is likely at:
- acmecorp.mybiotime.com
Try this in your browser. If it doesn't work, move to Step 2.
If you find it, bookmark it straight away so you don't need to search for it again.
Step 2 — Contact your IT or payroll manager
Search your email for "mybiotime" or "mydatatime". Your IT or payroll manager may have sent you the link during onboarding.
If you still can't find it, your IT or payroll manager will have your URL and can get you sorted quickly. They can help with:
- Confirming your organisation's exact login URL
- Providing your username
- Resetting your password
- Setting up your account if access hasn't been granted yet
Please note: biotime support is only available to administrators, not individual employees. Your IT or payroll manager is always your first point of contact.
Logging in for the first time
When you reach your login page you'll be prompted for a username and password. These will have been provided by your IT or payroll manager.
If it's your first login, you may be asked to reset your password immediately, this is normal. Simply follow the prompts to set a new one.
Forgot your password?
There are a few ways to get back in, depending on how your account is set up.
Option 1 — Ask your IT team or payroll manager The quickest option for most users. Your IT team, payroll manager, or administrator can reset your password on your behalf and have you back in quickly.
Option 2 — Reset it yourself via the login page If your account has an email address configured, you may see a "Forgot your password?" link directly on your login screen. Simply click it and follow the steps.
Please note: This feature requires an email address to be saved against your user account. If you don't see the option, use Option 1 instead. This feature is being rolled out to all sites by the end of April 2025.
For IT and payroll managers
If one of your team members can't access the platform, here's what to check and how to help them.
The most common reasons an employee can't log in are:
- They were never given the URL or their login details
- Their account hasn't been set up yet
- They've forgotten their username or password
To reset a user's password in biotime:
- Hover over Configuration
- Click Users & Roles
- Select the user login that needs resetting (tick Self Service if it is an Employee Self Service login)
- Update the password in both the Password and Confirm fields
- Tick Must Change Password to allow the user to privately set their new password
- Save & Close using
at the top right
Once you've reset the password, make sure you share the temporary password with the user directly so they can log in and set their own.
